The three residences are located on a 647 sq.m. site in P. Psychiko. It is a three-storey building with one apartment per floor.
The building also includes a basement, destined for parking and a roof garden on top. Tall evergreen trees surround the building's garden. The façades are designed with a combination of two colored coatings and glass railings of grey tint. The volumes, the planes and fine juxtaposition of cantilevered balconies contribute to a dynamic composition. Concrete beams, pergolas with fixed aluminum louvers and other shades, complete the overall appearance.
